Movie Prologues

Select Dates and Times | Fargo Theatre

Since 1973, RRTOS members have been playing pre-show music on the Mighty Wurlitzer before the Fargo Theatre's films and events. Prologues are played for the Fargo Film Festival, Kids Flicks, Classic Movie Series, and occasional live events. Each performance begins 20-30 minutes before the scheduled program.

 

Due to the Fargo Theatre's varied schedule, please call the Theatre to confirm if or when an organist will be playing before the show at 701-239-8385

A Night at the Oscars with
the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra

Saturday, February 24, 2024 | Fargo Theatre

7:30 PM

Join the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony for a night of Oscar-winning soundtracks and movie clips. The evening is hosted by Jordan Schroeer and conducted Jane Line Capistran. The evening also includes a special movie music prologue on the Mighty Wurlitzer beginning 30 minutes before the scheduled event time played by all 3 RRTOS house organists.
